Avraham Lalum, Adv. — A lawyer and security professional with over two decades of hands-on experience, Avraham Lalum is an expert in creating and implementing advanced operational training models. He is the architect of TACTIX QUAD, a KPI-driven system for AVSEC and public-safety training, and TACTIX SHIELD, which specializes in non-lethal self-defense and tactical engagement. His extensive background includes commanding first-responder units and leading the development of a comprehensive body-language training program for security personnel. He ensures all training programs are meticulously aligned with international standards such as ICAO Annex 17 and ECAC/EU 2015/1998, focusing on measurable, high-impact results through AAR-backed quality assurance.
