TACTIX QUAD
Train the Force, Not Just the Person.

About TACTIX QUAD
TACTIX QUAD is a unified, KPI-driven training model that integrates Body Language, First Response (Medics), Defensive Tactics, and Urban/CQB-lite into a single operational language.
Built for compliance and real-world readiness, the program is:
Scenario-Based – grounded in practical, high-stress environments
Compliance-Ready – designed for regulators and organizations with strict standards
Scalable – delivered locally through a supervised Train-the-Trainer (ToT) pathway
This integrated approach ensures measurable performance, operational consistency, and long-term capability building for both regulators and operators.

Where Tactical Expertise Meets Behavioral Intelligence
TACTIX QUAD builds measurable readiness across teams by unifying recognition, medical aid, control and resolution—then scales it locally via supervised ToT under the TACTIX standard.

Who It’s For
Airport security (AVSEC) units · municipal response teams · corporate security · transport hubs · education & healthcare campuses · event security.

The Four Pillars
-
Recognize (Body Language): Human signal reading, anomaly detection, verbal de-escalation, pre-incident indicators.
-
Aid (Medics / First Response): BLS & Stop-the-Bleed, civilian TCCC principles, scene safety, hand-off protocols.
-
Control (Defensive Tactics): Non-weapon control, pairs work, safe restraint options, resistance-based training (RBT) with strict safety.
-
Resolve (Urban / CQB-lite): Narrow spaces, entry thresholds, cover/concealment, corridor flow, day/night operations—aligned to your SOP.

Why TACTIX QUAD
(what makes it different)
-
One language, end-to-end: Early recognition → immediate aid → safe control → clean resolution.
-
KPI-driven & auditable: De-escalation success targets, <60s initial medical response, SOP adherence, BL accuracy—logged and trended.
-
Scenario Lab, not “classroom only”: Progressive, realistic drills with structured AAR (After Action Review) after every evolution.
-
Compliance-ready: Aligned to your regulator and internal SOP/ROE from day one.
-
Scale without dependency: Supervised ToT pathway certifies local instructors under our standard, with ongoing QA.

Program Architecture
Foundation → Integration → Scenario Lab → Certification
-
Foundation: Core skills in each pillar (separate modules).
-
Integration: Cross-domain workflows (e.g., BL-to-de-escalation before DT; Medics embedded in Urban drills).
-
Scenario Lab: Airport/public-space scenarios (day/night, crowds, choke points) mapped to your SOP.
-
Certification: Knowledge, skill, judgment (KSAO) evaluation with competency records.

Instructor Development Pathway (ToT)
The TACTIX Instructor Development Pathway (ToT) is a structured program designed to transform skilled professionals into certified instructors, while maintaining the highest operational and pedagogical standards.
Progression Path:
Associate Instructor – ≈40h of supervised training
Instructor – ≈80h of advanced instruction
Master Instructor – ≈120h plus comprehensive field evaluation
Instructor Framework:
Formal Instructor Charter – granting the right to use the TACTIX brand and syllabus
Quarterly Quality Assurance Checks – ensuring consistent delivery and continuous improvement
Performance Dashboards – tracking measurable outcomes and maintaining excellence
Outcome:
Certified instructors are empowered to deliver the TACTIX QUAD model locally, while TACTIX ensures global consistency, accountability, and uncompromising professional standards.
