Accessibility Statement

Last updated: 20 August 2025

TACTIX is committed to providing equal access to its website and digital services for all users, including persons with disabilities, in accordance with applicable Israeli law and aligned with WCAG 2.1 AA principles. This statement describes the scope, conformance status, measures implemented, and our continuous improvement process.

Scope

This statement applies to www.tactixforces.com and core digital services provided through it. Embedded third‑party components (e.g., maps, video players, external forms or payment systems) are subject to the accessibility policies of their respective providers.

Conformance Status

We strive to achieve conformance equivalent to WCAG 2.1 AA. Most key pages meet core accessibility requirements; any issues identified in testing or via user feedback are addressed as quickly as reasonably possible.

Measures Implemented

  • Skip to content link at the top of pages for faster keyboard navigation.

  • Semantic structure & ARIA landmarks (header/nav/main/footer) with proper heading hierarchy.

  • Full keyboard operability, logical tab order, and visible focus indicators.

  • Sufficient color contrast and support for text resizing up to 200% without loss of content.

  • Text alternatives for images/icons and accessible names for UI controls.

  • Accessible forms with labels, instructions, error messages, and required‑field indicators.

  • No keyboard traps: no mouse‑only interactions required.

  • Respects user preferences such as reduced motion when available.

  • Tables/charts with headers/titles and descriptive context where needed.

  • Video: captions/transcripts for key content when feasible; audio descriptions where applicable.

  • Documents: accessible or alternative formats (e.g., accessible PDFs) available upon request.

  • Consistent design for links, buttons, and menus.

  •

Known Limitations & Exceptions

  • Third‑party content (maps, video embeds, payment/booking systems) may not fully meet all criteria; reasonable alternatives will be provided upon request.

  • Legacy/scanned documents may not be fully accessible; we will supply an accessible version on request.

  • External training venues vary in physical accessibility (parking, routes, restrooms); accommodations will be coordinated in advance as needed.

Testing & Monitoring

We conduct manual and automated audits using common tools, keyboard‑only testing, screen‑reader spot checks (NVDA/VoiceOver), and cross‑browser reviews. QA is performed prior to major releases and at least quarterly thereafter.

Feedback & Accommodation Requests

We welcome feedback and requests for accessible formats/services and aim to respond within 7 business days.
