1. Introduction & Acceptance
Welcome to the TACTIX website (the “Site”), operated by TACTIX [Registered Legal Entity] (the “Company,” “we,” “us”). By accessing the Site, contacting us, or purchasing services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”).

2. Our Services
TACTIX provides tactical training, simulations, operational consulting, lectures, and professional content. Site content is for general information only. Participation in trainings is subject to registration, screening, licensing, and our professional discretion.

3. Registration, Payments & Cancellations
Certain services require registration, a binding order/contract, and payment. Payment, cancellation, and refund terms will be set in the relevant order/contract. Unless stated otherwise, booking fees are non-refundable once confirmed. We may cancel/postpone an activity for safety, force majeure, or exceptional reasons; a reasonable alternative will be offered.

4. Safety, Licensing & Compliance
Trainings may involve physical activity and simulations. Participation is contingent on meeting prerequisites (age/health/licensing), completing a health declaration, maintaining appropriate insurance, and complying with safety rules. Live ammunition is prohibited except in licensed ranges/facilities and strictly in accordance with law and our protocols. We reserve the right to deny or terminate participation for safety risks, non-compliance, or failure to meet prerequisites.

5. IP & Site Use
All IP in the Site and its content (trademarks, texts, images, videos, training materials) belongs to us or licensed third parties. You may not copy, distribute, transmit, publicly display, translate, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

6. Disclaimers & Liability Limitation
Content is provided “as is.” Training activities involve inherent risks. To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability to any user/client, from any cause, is limited to the amounts actually paid for the relevant service during the 12 months preceding the event.

7. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold the Company, its officers and employees harmless from claims/damages arising from your breach of these Terms, unauthorized use of the Site/services, or violation of law.

8. Links & Third Parties
The Site may link to third-party services. We are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or practices.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Exclusive jurisdiction is with the competent courts in Tel Aviv–Jaffa, unless agreed otherwise in writing.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. The update date appears at the top of this page.
